I’ve had two appointments now, and the service has been absolutely outstanding. During my first appointment, I met Abdul, Atta, and the lovely ladies at the clinic. They made me feel incredibly welcome right from the start. They did a thorough assessment and guided me step-by-step through my anesthesia options and the procedure itself. Because I needed urgent care, they prioritized getting me an early booking, which I deeply appreciated. They also walked me through all of my payment options clearly. I had my second appointment today for the actual procedure, and it went so smoothly and softly—I honestly didn’t feel a thing! Abdul and Sarah were both great, and all the ladies working there were just as wonderful. They were so understanding about my payment preferences and kept up that warm, welcoming environment.
