​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! ​I cannot recommend Pearl Dental Practice on Stratford Road enough! I’ve had two appointments now, and the service has been absolutely outstanding. ​During my first appointment, I met Abdul, Atta, and the lovely ladies at the clinic. They made me feel incredibly welcome right from the start. They did a thorough assessment and guided me step-by-step through my anesthesia options and the procedure itself. Because I needed urgent care, they prioritized getting me an early booking, which I deeply appreciated. They also walked me through all of my payment options clearly. ​I had my second appointment today for the actual procedure, and it went so smoothly and softly—I honestly didn’t feel a thing! Abdul and Sarah were both great, and all the ladies working there were just as wonderful. They were so understanding about my payment preferences and kept up that warm, welcoming environment. ​Overall, I had an amazing experience here. I have been looking for a place just like this for a few years now . Dal and mya did a brilliant job the best scrape and polish I have had . I've had nothing but good experiences with Pearl Dental. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and make everything straightforward and easy. Because of my medical conditions, I know I can come across a bit differently, but I've never felt judged or uncomfortable there. Everyone has always been kind and treated me with respect. I appreciate that they spoke to me like a normal person rather than just a patient, having a conversation with me and even giving me life advice. I have a genuine phobia of the dentist and was extremely nervous attending today, but the whole team at Pearl Dental were absolutely amazing with me. Everyone was so kind, patient, reassuring and understanding throughout my appointment and really helped put me at ease. The clinic was also lovely, very clean and welcoming which made a big difference to how comfortable I felt. This establishment has managed to remove any stigmatisation around “ going to the dentist “ … modern sleek home from home feeling ???? all staff are warm & welcoming… the receptionists are friendly & helpful which these days in any settings is rare !
